This kit is really two bi-metal hole saws, an arbor, and some extra trash to throw out. I bought it to bore out the undersized holes on two metal-clad french doors. I hoped the flimsy plastic guide that comes with this kit would steady the hole saw. The first time I pulled the trigger on the drill, it was like that scene in the New York episode of the Simpsons where Homer uses a jackhammer to remove the boot on his car with comical results. To finish that door I ended up butting some clamps up against the guide to prevent it from moving. For the next door, I'll simply cut a hole in a piece of plywood and clamp the plywood to the door, which will make a much sturdier guide. For a set of two bi-metal hole saws with an arbor, you can get better quality (DeWalt) for less money. Do yourself a favor and go buy DeWalt hole saws in the same sizes and make a jig similar to the one just described.
