They are meant for cutting wood, plastic, and composite material. These chromium-steel jig saw blades are also single-piece ground for more precise and consistent teeth. This allows smooth, clean cuts with greatly reduced deflection on curved cuts and thick material. For consumer confidence, this product is backed by a 90-day limited warranty.

Also included in this are 10 of the CFS406S which is a 4 x 3/8 x .050 blade. This blade is meant for fast, rough cutting in wood and composite material. These Lenox Chromium steel jig saw blades are single piece ground for more precise and consistent teeth. This means smoother, more precise cuts with greatly reduced deflection on curved cuts and thick material.

I bought these blades in march right here for $23.60 I came back to get some more and the price jumped by nearly 50% in a couple of months whats up with that. any way the blades work great but i won't buy them at the new price.
