The blades are white and have a funky, contemporary, playful design with curved blades, making for an interesting eye-catcher at the house. They coordinate nicely with the fan's white finish and the large central light under the fan, which features an opal glass globe.

I have a very small bedroom. This fan is very small and quiet, yet generates alot of air. The light portion of the fan could be brighter, and is candleabra base, which is harder to find. Over all I'm happy with it.
