Problem was the Liftmaster 9* serie transmitters is work on 390 MHz and that frequency is currently jammed by the military. The range of the transmitter gets very small that you have to physical touch the door before it recognizes the signal. AAA remotes is aware of this and keeps on advertising the 9* series as an good replacement system and does not put any disclaimers near the 9* serie products. AAA remotes did not want to replace/exchange for the 315 Mhz models. They are really horrible at their customer service and this policy. I definetly recommend never buy from this organization.
