I was looking to replace a lost Hyde 9 1/2" prybar/scraper and could not find any in the stores. The Hyde bars have gone down a bit in quality over the years, going to inferior steel. Still, overall, they are good usable tools. I am glad I took the chance on ordering the Titan prybars. Unbelievable quality, polished stainless. For those who care, and there aren't many knowledgeable left, you take a tool and hit it with another steel tool and listen to the sound. Good tools ring as do these Titans. The Hyde prybars make a dull 'tonk'. You generally let go of a tool so it is unsupported in the air, give it a rap, and catch it before it falls.
