This is a reconditioned power tool. Reconditioned generally means that the tool has been returned to the manufacturer, who brings the tool back to like new condition. Some tools may contain cosmetic blemishes. Same warranty as new.
The Tilt-Lok handle on this saw has eight positions that will adjust to your cutting application, giving you maximum comfort and control. The 15 amp, 3-1/4 hp motor will easily cut tough materials including headers, microlams, and wet lumber. It's also easier to handle at 10.4 pounds, reducing operator fatigue. This saw features superior blade visibility from either side, depth lever and bevel adjustment located in easy-to-reach areas, a bevel scale that faces the operator, and a one-touch spindle lock. This circular saw comes with framing/rip carbide blade, blade wrench, and impact-resistant carrying case.

Outstanding value compared to other products with such robust specs as 7 ¼" blade and 3 ¼ HP. I didn't feed it anything overly massive - standard 2x4 pine, oak, some plywood and mdf - which didn't even give it a pause. The cuts were clean - which was not expected with the standard blade. Repeated use was not laborious with the overall light weight and handle design. Well balanced and everything in the right place - this from a history of B&D and Dewalt loyalty and use. Biggest job change was a bit more safety and attention required with the lack of electric break. Five stars because it does everything I asked of it.
