This router bit has steel cutters, not carbide. It's the same one that you get if you buy the (59370) Porter Cable door hinge template kit, which costs less than $25 at Home Depot. So, if you really want this router bit, go to Home Depot and buy the kit. The problem is that this bit burns up after doing only 4-5 hinges, especially if your doors have a Masonite skin. I can't understand why they do not offer a carbide version of this bit.
