The David White M2XT-1 is the newest addition to the David White Laser Product Line. This Cross Line Laser features pusling laser beams that not only allows the user to visibly see the beams, but the user can utlize the Optional David White LLD2 Pulse Beam Detector to pick up the beams in adverse lighting conditions. Easily project a vertical line, horizontal line or laser cross just by the touch of a button. The M2XT -1also features a 130 Degree vertical fan beam that will allow the user to accurately line the instrument up under vertical points of reference. The M2XT-1 is perfect for floor and wall tiling, paneling, wall fixtures, wall papering, stenciling, wainscoting, finish carpentry, masonry work, cabinets, shelving, partions and many many more. Best of all, the unit can be used outdoors with the detector up to 100ft in working range. Great for simple laser level needs in the yard or around the house or job. Unit comes complete with M2XT-1, Laser Tripod, Batteries, Case, Manual, LLD2 Line Detector and Clamp.

This laser is not what it is advertised . The ad states that the laser is accurate to within 3/32 of an inch in 100 ft . It is not . It is only accurate to 3/32 of an inch in 30 ft .That is a full 2/3 less then what amazon advertises. This is the information you get when you acctualy recieve the laser from amazon . They also list it as the m2xlt without the detector . That is not the correct model number . When i brought this to amazons attention , they told me since i bought it from one of their merchants they had no liability .
