Product Description
The DeWalt DW5470 5-Piece Rock Carbide SDS Plus Hammer Bit Set includes five rock carbide SDS Plus masonry bits used for drilling holes in masonry, concrete, rock and artificial stone. These bits are guaranteed to set up to 25-percent more anchors than other standard masonry bits. DeWalt built each bit with a rock carbide tip that maximizes carbon surface contact for an extended bit life. And with the 4-flute design, the bits remove debris as you work for fast, efficient drilling. For added safety, each bit is designed with three flats on the shank that prevent it from slipping back into the chuck, and an innovative tip that reduces walking and increases accuracy. Used primarily to drill holes for mechanical anchors, these bits fit into standard 3/8-inch and 1/2-inch chucks. This five piece set includes the following bits: 3/16-by-6-1/2 inch (4-1/2-inch usable length); 1/4-by-4 inch (2-inch usable length); 1/4-by-6 inch (4-inch usable length); 3/8-by-6 inch (4-inch usable length); and 1/2-by-6 inch (4-inch usable length), and is backed by a 1-year warranty and service contract.
