The depth-of-drive adjustment is located on the nailer, eliminating the need for changes in air pressure to set nail heads flush. The D51844R holds up to 65 full round head nails ranging from 2 to 3-1/2 inches in length and up to .148 inches in diameter. Its 12-3/4-inch height allows for toe-nailing in confined areas, and its unique engine design generates power to bury nails in both standard framing lumber and engineered lumber with minimal recoil. With up to 900 inches/pound of driving power, and factory reconditioned to perform like new, the D51844R offers one of the best values on the market. The D51844R also includes DeWalt safety glasses, and a replacement bump action trigger.

This nailer looks brand new! It looks like the factory just re-manufactured it, because there isn't a scratch on it. I used it to build a deck and it performed flawlessly. Not a single jam! One bit of advice, be sure you get the right nails for the gun. The hardware store carries a lot of different nails. Not all of them work on all guns. Be sure to ask.
