The 3M 72-millimeter-by-54-meter red performance plus nuclear duct tape is designed for both permanent and temporary use and can be applied both indoors and outdoors. This product features a unique construction of high tensile cloth and aggressive adhesive. The red color makes it ideal for applications in the shipbuilding, nuclear power plant and stainless steel industries. It offers sunlight and UV resistance for up to one year without the backing deteriorating or delaminating. It is certified for low leachable halogens and sulfur. The tape is 13 milli-inches thick, measures 2-millimeters-by-54-meters (WxL) and weighs 2.4 pounds.
