Although it took three of us a while to put it together, the assembly was straightforward. With four concrete blocks sitting horizontally and bungeed on, it worked well. I was able to aerate my two acre yard in about an hour. The ground was damp, but not muddy and it made perfect plugs. I made passes at 90 degrees to each other in some open areas. You have to be careful not to let it tip backward when unhitched, but otherwise, it's easy to use. I was pleased and plan to use it again next spring. I'd recommend it to anyone.
