Its heavy-duty frame has a 175-pound load-bearing capacity for greater durability; its large, 13-inch-diameter pneumatic stud tires have rustproof poly rims and are designed for long-lasting wear. The spreader's super-duty gearbox includes enclosed gears for years of trouble-free use. It has a durable, powder-coated frame and height-adjustable handle. The extended hitch is designed to fit most newer lawn tractors for greater versatility.

The spreader, once assembled correctly is very nice. I don't know how reliable yet, as it is still being tested. However assembly is a chore and probably will frustrate you many times before you are done. There are several steps out of place, where when you follow the directions, you need to disassemble to get the pieces installed correctly. This happened twice for me. In addition, the bolt sizes are so close together that they are too easy to mix-up (and yes you have to take it all apart to "recover" the right bolt size later on). I have had better instructions from the cheap chinese junk. Assembly on this item makes it a product to avoid. This is unfortunate, as it is actually made in the USA.
